We offer several delivery methods:

- Belgium: €2.90 or free for an order from €59
- France (metropolitan): €3.90 or free for an order from €59
- Luxembourg: €2.90 or free for an order from €59
- Netherlands: €3.90 or free for an order from €59

- Belgium: €6.50
- France (metropolitan): €14.90
- Luxembourg: €7.90
- Netherlands: €6.50
- Swiss :
- without Track & Trace: €8.70
- with Track & Trace: €32.80
- Free collection point at the office: 9 Place Communale, 1380 Lasne, Belgium
For delivery to another country, do not hesitate to contact us via info@pinkychips.com.
Orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment for your order.
Orders placed on Friday are shipped on Monday.
Orders placed on public holidays will be shipped the next business day.
We undertake to do everything possible to meet the deadlines specified above.
We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays from our carriers.
The risks relating to delivery are the responsibility of the customer from the moment the order leaves the Pinky Chips offices. Pinky Chips cannot be held responsible for the condition of the package, nor for delivery times, nor for the loss of the package.

Free Return!
On Pinky Chips, returns are possible, free and refunded!
As long as you respect the legal deadline of 14 days from the day of receipt of your package or the day your package is made available at your relay point.
If an item is not suitable, simply send us an email to info@pinkychips.com mentioning your order number, the reason for the return and which items you wish to return. If you meet all the conditions, we will send you the shipping slip to stick on the package to be returned to a Mondial Relay point.
The return is free:
- Either by dropping off the package at your Mondial Relay point with the return label
- Either by returning it directly to the office (9 Place Communale, 1380 Lasne)
Returned items must not be damaged. They must be returned in clean and adequate packaging, ideally in their original packaging.
If the items are returned to us within the requested time frame and conditions, we will reimburse the items within 10 working days, via the payment method used when ordering.
